Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your jeetking Account

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of jeetking, an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://jeetking.ws ("the Platform", "jeetking", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on jeetking, by accessing the Platform, or by placing any wager or making any deposit, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Upon registration, jeetking requires all players to submit a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) for identity and age verification purposes. Your account will remain in a restricted state until verification is successfully completed. jeetking reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any time, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

By registering an account on jeetking, you warrant and represent that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of a jeetking employee or business partner.

jeetking employs age verification technology and manual review processes to detect underage access attempts. Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be returned, and all associated winnings will be forfeited in full.

Each individual may only hold one active account on jeetking at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeetking reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeetking will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify jeetking's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jeetking may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

You agree to keep your registered account information — including your email address, phone number, and payment method details — accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.

All financial transactions on jeetking are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jeetking accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit threshold is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jeetking account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. jeetking does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed on the same business day when submitted before 18:00 PKT. Requests submitted after that time will be processed on the following business day. jeetking reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds where required by its licensing obligations.

Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account. jeetking will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts in a name other than the registered account holder's name, or payment methods not previously verified on the account.

jeetking offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jeetking promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and will be used after real-money balances are exhausted;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified on the promotion page; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method;
• jeetking reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify the terms of any active promotion with reasonable notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on jeetking are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant game interface or sports betting market and constitute part of the agreement between you and jeetking for each wager placed.

jeetking reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was accepted in error, including at clearly incorrect odds;
• Where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered prior to completion;
• Where jeetking has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed with knowledge of a corrupt outcome or in breach of the integrity of the event;
• Where a system error resulted in a bet being accepted at odds, stakes, or terms that would not otherwise have been available;
• Where the player's account was not in good standing at the time the bet was placed.

All slot and instant-win game outcomes on jeetking are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios. jeetking does not interfere with game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on jeetking and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where any of the following is identified, jeetking reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and to forfeit all associated balances without prior notice:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions or verification requirements;
• Colluding with other players in any casino or sports betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or software from the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to defraud jeetking or other players;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the transfer of criminally obtained funds.

All content on the jeetking Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the exclusive property of jeetking or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jeetking.

jeetking collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on jeetking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

jeetking will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, conduct identity verification, or comply with licensing obligations. All such third parties are contractually required to process your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

jeetking is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players via their account settings at any time:

jeetking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jeetking has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeetking does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jeetking will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for interruptions arising from maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

jeetking reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jeetking will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via their registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your jeetking account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing period. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

jeetking reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, where required to do so by its licensing authority, or where it determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jeetking holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the dispute resolution process established by jeetking's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact jeetking's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for jeetking to investigate and respond to your complaint. jeetking will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
